Swirls of Noise Radio #48 – March 2017 Edition

Here’s the March edition of SoN radio. Starting off with another single from shoegaze legends Slowdive ahead of their first album in 22 years due to be released in May, Louise Lemon following with a lovely piece of bluesy rock. Tech-death group Dodecahedron’s new album is one of the best metal albums of the year so far, and Obituary, Asphyx, Venenum, Lockup and Fell Ruin provide more excellent death metal. Skaphe’s VII is a great piece of psychedelic black metal, while Arkhtin and Afsprengi Satans provide blackened ambient. Closing with two long but fantastic pieces of ambient/drone from Radboud Mens & Matthijs Kouw and David Fyans this month’s radio provides a varied mix of light and dark.
